    tryin to reschedule my workout

    hi guys i need to work on new schedule in other words wanan change my schedule
    my old schedule is something like this:
    mon-shoulder
    tues-back/biceps
    wed-bi's
    thurs-tri's
    fri-chest/tri
    sat-cardio/biceps

    and the reason for changin is cos i c little gain....and basically i wanna c gain on my arms
    so wat u guys suggest as new workout schedule

    1. i dont see any rest days besides sunday
    2. u work bi's twice a week and tri's 3 times a week
    3. the biggest onc...when do you train legs?? i see legs not mentioned???

    learn how to properly train first bro. thats why you're not gaining.

    yea i know ...thts why i ask for ur guys help...like how many time a week to do wat
    plzz do gimme an idea about a schedule

    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: REST
    Day 4: Shoulders/Tris
    Day 5: Back/Bis
    Day 6: REST
    Day 7: REST or REPEAT

    thnx wolfey....1 more curiosity...like i was readon other threads here and some says like u can train ur arms wit other parts like u mention and some says on there separate days...as if u wanna work them twicw a week...or workin them twice a week is not a good idea...and i forget to mention i do cardio like 30 min, 4 days a week
    that ok?
