    revised schedule....critics welcome

    mon-chest/tri
    tues-back/bi's
    wed-cardio
    thurs-legs
    fri shoulders
    sat-cardio
    sun-rest
    now jus 1 last thing...can i train bis/tris on there own day and if yes then how will it look
    help plzz

    Ok you can trian arms on the same day but you don't want to train them after back or chest days. You need to take a day off after legs, well thats me personally b/c i'm so wiped the nest day I'm like jello
