I definitely have to get a better leg work out. I can walk out the gym fine and the next day it's like I never did legs. I just recently got back into the gym and did them for the first time yesterday and I feel nothing today.

What I tried the other day was leg press with your heels at the bottom of the platform and your feet 8 inches apart...my legs are still sore from Friday quite a bit. I could barely walk after that..make sure to go low enough

it willprobably take a couple of years for your stubborn legs to start responding even with hard workouts.just keep squatting hard, and be consistant every week.make your legs sore to the point where you cant get off the toilet every week, every month, every year.
