Thread: Feeder Workouts

I do feeder workouts the day after my max effort workouts. I find they help with recovery esspecially after heavy workouts.
I have yet to see anyone mention these type of workouts on this board so I was wondering if anyone uses them or some other type of "extra workouts" sled dragging, stability ball work, ect...
