What do u drink
while working out. I normally drink water but i noticed im getting very weak and exhausted during the end of my work outs. can anyone recommend a drink or pill to give me more energy. I Don't want Gatorade or anything with shit loads of sugar and calories.

i just finished my no-xplode for PRE-work drink but i now take armageddon.
during my work i drink sizeon
PWO i take a protein shake(43grams pro)

i drink whey protein about 45min b4 my work out. Iv been reading about Amplify 02 does that stuff really work?

Amp 02 is good stuff, I also agree with green22 as usual, if you aren't loading carbs before you work out then you should be.

ok it looks like im not getting that much since there isnt that many carbs in why. Would u recommend any shake that has a lot of carbs or should i just eat food? Alos im drinking whey for pwo. should i be drinking something with more carbs for pwo also?

I take whey 30 min. before my workout and have a redbull as im driving to the gym, since you dont want anything with sugar, they make a SUGAR-FREE version too.

thanks everyone. ill look into it. Big would it be ok if i drank grapefruit juice with my whey protein or should i just go with wms.

I agree, good carbs and a ton of water, I usually bring a gallon in with me ( I don't finish it, but I go about 60%-70% on a normal day)

why waste money on redbull when u can get pills for like a tenth of the price and get the same effect. anyway try no-explode for a boost and of coarse carbs before the workout as well. ill usually take 100mg caffiene and no-explode before workout, keeps me goin all the way through , just sux havin jitters afterwards

alright cool thanks guys. caffeine pills might be a good idea but ill def eat some more carbs from now on.

I usually have a cup of brown rice and some orange juice an hour before... and about 15 till I'll drink half a Spike Energy Drink... My workouts are now having me at the gym an hour and a half to two hours and only on the last set do I feel tired...
