    I do forearms with biceps.

I put in wrist curls during concentration curls, and your forearms get hit if you are doing reverse barbell or ez bar curls, anyway.

I think that once per week is ok, since they really do get hit with other parts of the body, whenever you are gripping something heavy.

    Regards,
    R

I do mune with biceps especially when doing hammer curls b/c the forearms get a lot of work during them.

Put bis on shoulder day...and hit forearms after back.

Deads'll fry 'em...and that's a prime time to further overload 'em.

Try some static holds after you deadlift.

And then a vertical/behind the back wrist curl...or a hammer curl

IN addition...you'll get indirect forearm work on the shoulders/bi day...so in effect, that'll be like workign forearms twice per week
