time to change the split?

whats up everyone I was wondering if I should change my split up here what I am doing now
Mon-back/bis
Tue-chest/tris
Wed-off
thur-shoulder
fri-legs
sat-cardio
abs,calves and forearms are worked int here as well

I was thinking of hiting some shoulder in with chest but wasn't sure if chest/tris/shoulders would be too much. If I do change to chest/shoulders should I make a day for arms and do back/traps/rear delts? I have been getting good results from the split I have now but I was curious if I could get more from something new. Any thoughts

incline dumbell (one of my favs) 4 sets of 6
decline 4 sets of 6

deadlifts 3 sets of 6
bent over rows 3 sets of 8
tbar rows 3 sets of 8
lat pulldowns/wide grip chin ups 3 sets of 6/to failure

off

arms
2 sets bis/2 sets tris 1 set bis/1 set tris (this gives a killer pump)

legs
squats 4 sets of 12 heavy ass weight leg press 4 sets of 15 (try placing heels at the bottom of the platform and place feet 8 inches apart THIS KILLED MY QUADS FRIDAY) either 4 sets of stiff legged deadlifts 8 reps/4 sets leg curls 10 reps i alternate

shoulders/traps
what I did today: barbell military 4 sets of 8, 8, 6, 6 bent over side raises 3 sets of 8
traps: today I did behind the back bb shrugs i alternate w that and in front 4 sets of 8
