    lost 1% BF-rate me!

    Hey everyone, I just finished getting all my measurements for this last month. I went from 207lbs to 206lbs and went from 20.7% to 19.7% BF. The only notable size gains was an inch on my thighs and a half inch on my waist. All other areas got smaller by tenths of inches but appear more toned. This was without any cardio. I know the gains aren't all that amazing, but its better than I was a month ago. I am following a much stricter cutting diet with religious morning cardio. Thanks for the help everyone!

    You could have just posted this in your recent thread about cutting, but nevermind. You should easily shed that weight when you start your cardio regime. I'd expect at least 1 lb a week, maybe 2-3. Keep going!!

    one lb in 1 month and u were dieting properly and working out properly?

    Yes 1lb. However I was focusing more on the BF% going down 1%. Thats 2-3lbs of fat which means I added a good 2-3lbs of lean mass. Not a lot, but a start.
