    5 or 6 am....get to bed by 8-9- or 10

When you've got a hectic schedule it's best to get your weight-training out of the way first.

You may be too beat later...or you may want to nap for an hour between school and work to refresh yourself.

Early in the a.m. would be best in your situation

The key to any workout routine is one that will fit your schedule and stick to it, within reason. I have done them all, including for awhile, at 4:30 am, didnt like it but it worked and I have also done it at 9 pm. So just set something up you can live with and stick to it and work hard.

I'd say that about the 6th week you'll start to see slight changes.

I'm training my brother right now and after the 6th week, I started seeing results in him. He's been lifting for 3 months strait now and everyone that sees him says how they can notice he's gotten bigger.

It's important to keep flexing [no matter how corny it seems] in the mirror to check for changes and to keep getting yourself motivated to keep lifting harder.

Rome wasn't built in a day and it's not something that's going to happen overnight. But if you want to get huge and look like guys like Narkissos, you have to start somewhere, right?

No one wants to look like me...I'm really tiny

I'd say 6 weeks-3 months is about right.

It is important that you set goals...and don't confuse your priorities.

    i.e. if you're bulking...concentrate on bulking

    if you're cutting...concentrate on cutting

It doesn't help to lie when there is a picture of yourself in your sig.

But that's very good advice to remember to stay focused on your priorities. If you keep changing your mind on if you want to bulk or you want to cut, you will never get anything accomplished.

Personally I usually tell people that they should work on bulking as much as possible first and then cutting. Unless, of course, you're heavy and want to concentrate on dropping weight and adding some lean muscle. Than I would say to go with cutting.
