Cardio and bulking????
how many of you guys do cardio while bulking??? also what stlye of cardio do you do???? walking, hittt , or target heart rate??? how manytimes a week do you do this??? also have u been able to keep your fat down bye adding cardio to your bulking routine???

again, all depends on your genetics, I don’t do any, only when I feel like it, others will recommend 3 times week while bulking,
cardio is good for working the most important muscle in the body the heart!! and helps with overall conditioning, blood circulation, circulatory system, maximizing oxygen up take, ect, ect, this is all good while bulking,Last edited by S.P.G; 10-26-2005 at 12:05 PM.

i would much rather do cardio while bulking then having to stop bulking so i can cut all the fat i gained and do loads of cardio...makes sense right?

I did this time. I stayed leaner and it helps warm up my body for some heavy pressing. I usually use a stationary bike for about 30 minutes, get a sweat going and then start lifting. Feels a lot better on the joints.
How much cardio you can get away with without losing too much of your gains depends on your metabolism and somotype... endos should get plenty of it - ectos need to severly limit cardio...
