    arsenal-x question???have you heard of this before

    hi my girlfriend just started taking arsenal-x she got it from gnc..its made by nutritional delivery system(NDS)..it has 100mcg of vitamen b12, a proprioty blend 887mg of (paullinia cupana, theobroma cacao(theo bromen) caffene , yohimbe and a bunch of other crap...just want to know what you guys think of a girl taking this??safe/unsafe, does it work or no?

    Sounds like a lot of unnecessary BS. Stuff like that often has no effect or just acts like a placebo.

    Get her to stop taking it IMO

    the ingredients (namely caffeine; theobromine; and yohimbine) indicate it's a fat-burner... can be used in conjunction with a sound diet and cardio regime.

    Is no magic pill by any stretch.

    I'd tell her to keep using it...doesn't make any sense wasting the money if it's paid for already...and it may help
