    Who can do this?

    Had a fitness test today and everything went well except for the flexibility test. Who can sit with their feet up against a wall, reach forward keeping your knees straight and touch the wall with your palms. This stretch was extremely difficult in the beginning because of my very tight hamstrings. On my 3rd try, I could only get to my shoelaces...I know I suck! Who can actually do this?

    I thought just sitting on floor with my legs out was the test, I didnt know I had to bend over to touch wall. I dont stretch enough and know it. I can not touch the wall or shoes, hell I am trying to reach my knees.

    LOL!!! I'll post a stretching routine if you need it...especially for the hamstrings!

    I can do it

    I'm very flexible in my legs. But I can't do the pretzel. Haha.

    I can do it. When I stretched everyday for football I was more flexible than I am now..but I can still do it easily. When your on your back and you have one person sit on your say right leg and stretch your left leg..I used to be able to touch my left toes to the ground haha it looked really gay..coach called me a ballerina haha

    mine sucked too. i could only score 32cm. what was your reach?

    I was measured in inches and I scored a 12...really bad! And that was after the 3rd try.

    i do that stretch after a leg day or when i have been running a lot. im sure you can do it...just have to work up to it.

    I can only guess at what you were measuring to score a 12, but whatever it was, i am impressed. lol

    12 inches = 24 cm and mine was 32cm or 16in after 3 trys and mine was terrible. your is even worse than mine.

    Stretching is not my strong point.

    I've very flexible in that department, although being built like a ballerina might have something to do with it. I can stretch so far forward in the sitting position I can go over the top of my feet and touch the balls of my feet with my fingertips. For my ESSF class I had to do a flexibilty lab and on the sit 'n' reach I scored like 2 or 3 inches off the chart

    Yea I know, my score sucks!!! I'm committed to working on my flexibility.

    haha I just tried that and I can put my chest on my legs when my feet are straight and together..thats like 8-10 inches past my feet..haha i dunno what that makes me

    just tried it first time. lol. did it no problem. usually touch palms to floor during my normal stretching.
