    Shoulder workout routine. Please help..

    Can anyone give me there shoulder workout routine or a version of it with reps and sets? Thanks.....heres mine..

    Military Press-3x8
    Military D.bell Press-4x8-10
    Lateral Raises-4x12-15
    Front Raises-4x12-15
    Shrugs-6x30,25,20,15,10,5

    I want my shoulders to be strong to help with my bench..does this look like one that would help my bench?

    Behind the neck press..........3+10 Medium weight
    Bumbbell press..............12-10-8 Working to max
    Side lat........................3+12 Medium wight....As its more a shaper
    rear lat.......................3+12 Sams as above
    Upright row...................12-10-8 Max
    Shrugs...........................12-10-8-6 Max

    I do barbell press at a medium weight as i try to be carefull of my rotacuffs..........

    I'm pretty much an instinctive trainer myself and just train hard, intense and heavy. Having said that I always include Hammer strenght shoulder presses, laterial raises, upright rows and shrugs. I do my rear delts on my back day, and sometimes I might hit shrugs again on back day.
