    What do you think of this split?

    I am looking for a good split and I want to splits legs up over two workouts. What do you think of this split?

    1) Chest
    2) Quads & Calves
    3) Back & Delts
    4) Bis & Tris
    5) Hams & Traps
    6) Off
    7) Off

    well its up to you, but I would try to separate the chest and shoulders a little more,....because chest put alot of strain on shoulders aswell.......

    swap days 4 and 5 like diesel said....it will give you better rest between the upper body workouts
