Damn somebody needs to tell that guy to lower the reps...I mean one thing to go to complete failure but this guy never stops. :lol:
Hey bros, since I have a home gym and don't have a peck deck, what exercise would come closest? I have all free weights - dumbbells, etc. - well my leg extension and curl is a machine. Thanks for any ideas.

with free weights I would think flys are about as close as your gonna get but maybe someone can answer better.

BigD that's exactly what I have been doing in BK's workout in place of the peckdeck. I have used the peckdeck for years before I got the home gym and thought they were pretty close. But, as I have learned many times here before there are always better ways of doing things! Thanks for input bro!!
