alright ive been doing cardio for about 2 months runing on the treadmill for 10 mins 3x a week doing a little over a mile also doign the sauna for 30 mins on day i do cardio, ive been losing weight but i also feel like im getting a little weaker, im going to start a new cycle soon and i want to know the best method of cardio while on my cycle i can only really go to do the gym once a day , what would be the best cardio routine for me plz help thnx. which exercise is best, treadmill,bike, eliptical?
