cardio best method
alright ive been doing cardio for about 2 months runing on the treadmill for 10 mins 3x a week doing a little over a mile also doign the sauna for 30 mins on day i do cardio, ive been losing weight but i also feel like im getting a little weaker, im going to start a new cycle soon and i want to know the best method of cardio while on my cycle i can only really go to do the gym once a day , what would be the best cardio routine for me plz help thnx. which exercise is best, treadmill,bike, eliptical?

I would suggest 20 min eod like on tues, thurs., sat and workout on Mon, wed, fri.
what do some of you other peeps think?

what he said. The form of cardio is less important than getting your heart rate to a certain level. I forget the equation right now, but basically its a brisk walk (should be able to old a conversation or read a book) for 30 to 45 mins.

Run for 12 mins
0-2 @5mph
2-4 @6mph
4-6 @7mph
6-8 @8mph
8-10 @9mph
10-12 @10mph
do this and youll lose alot of weight.

alright i decieded to ditch the sauna for now and change my cardio im taking the adivce i was given and doing 25 mins eod on cardio mode on the tredmill going about like 3.5-4.0 mph on a incline usualy keeps it at like a 10.0 incline but adjust's to hear rate ill see how it works ill try this out for like a month also want to try doing some morning cardio on the weekends thnx for all the help guys ill keep ya updated with my stats.
