    Deadlift on legs or back day?

    What's the best day to do deadlifts, on legs or back day? Also, if doing it with back, would it be wise to work legs the next day or should I wait a few days to do legs?

    One more question, how much time should I rest inbetween sets? I've been resting for 90 sec, does that sound good?

    I do stiff-leg deadlifts on back day, and regular deadlifts on leg day.
    90 sec rest is fine.

    i warm up, stretch....then do back and deads on the same workout. legs are done on leg day by them selves. 90 secs if fine, but i take my time in between deads......but thats me ...i dont know jack sh@t....

    I would say on back day and put your leg day at least two days later. IMO.

    You can rotate your back routine, do them every other time.

    I have always done these an Leg day mostly for stretching my hammys. But regular deads I do as stated about on Back day and give some time for legs to rest before doing a leg routine.

    I was doing deads at the gym last night and there were a bunch of HS kids there and it was funny they were watching me like they had never seen someone do them before. Or maybe because I could barely get the bar off the ground (maybe that was it) hey 45lbs is a lot

    doesnt matter if you do them w/ back or w/ legs, just as long as you do them!!!

    I do the opposite stiffs on leg day and reg deads on back day.
