But I'm about to get serious about lifting again I started last spring and took a 2 month break starting this fall for school and work sched was out of control.

Anyway I wanna track my progress with pictures to keep me motivated and track progress to see whats working and what isn't.

How do you pose for these pictures? Do you flex or just stand in the position without flexing? Any tips ?
