    i need a workout bad

    Right now i am taking ripped fuel, tonalin, and A CYCLE OF TOKYO DECA OR 300 MG EVERY 6 DAYS. I eat good and my have tons of protein.
    My present workout consists of 6 workouts every 7 days.

    mon-chest
    tues-arms
    weds-back
    thurs-shoulders
    fri- off
    sat- chest
    " "
    " AND SO ON

    Look at BigKev's workout. Mine is quite similar and I think it works well.
