Thread: Workout Suggestions...

Alright, I am 18y.o., 6'1", 205lbs., and about 17%b.f. My goal is to get around 10% or less in about four months(for spring break) and add on some muscle that's actually visible to the human eye. I have been going to the gym every other day for an upper body workout and going to play play basketball for 2-3 hours about 3 times a week. During my workout I do:
3*15 Barbell Curls
3*15 Dumbbell Curls
3*15 Single Arm Skull Crushers
3*15 Pulldown w/ wires
3 different exercises at three sets of fifteen. Don't have a clue what they're proper name is.
3*15 Bench Press
And two other machine exercises at three sets of fifteen. No clue on the names either.
3*15 Lat. Pull Downs
3*15 Shoulder Shrugs
5 exercises at 2*15
Please critique my workout like no other, but also give me some advice on a workout that will be far more effective. Thanks for your time.

1. learn the names of exercises.
2. tell us what days you do which exercises on.
3. start training legs.
