i am going to start doing advanced training level 1 from the arnold the encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding. It's basicly a 2 day split, 6 days a week, 75 sets each day. About three hours worth of work. Can anybody give me some guesses on the amount of protein or fat, cals i should be eating? i'm guessing around 4,300 with 300 protein, and 600 carbs.
