Hi

I'm concentrating on my weakest body part = arms, for the summer. So i wanted to know you guys professional advice on whats the heaviest training for them without doing harm. Can i work them out 2 times a week or more ? i usually do bi's and tri's on different days so all together that would be 4 days a week concentrated on arms... Just want to do anything to get some gains against the summer
