Legs = Pain
Hey all,
I like working my legs - strong muscles (for me), but my stomach gets pretty sick during/shortly after, and my legs hurt (doing the double-arm lower myself down to sit) for three to four days after. Am I overdoing it? Or is it just normal for working such large muscle groups? Must note also that I'm pretty new to the gym scene - only been doing it for about two months.

normal, for someone who hasn't puched themselves to the max.
It'll get better over time. I use to get sick, or felt like throwing up when i did legs, now i juts feel like i'm going to pass out after a really good set. Stick w it
