a day dedicated to bis...a day dedicated to tris... a waste imo.

    They're small bodyparts.

Growth isn't achieved in the gym...but OUT of it!

Stick with the 3-4 day per week split.

    tues-back/traps
    wed-chest

    thurs-triceps
    fri-legs
    sat-biceps
    3 days direct/indirect shoulder work...yes imo that'd be overtraining

You can't possibly work triceps the day after chest. Close grip bench and triceps dips will inevitably work your chest the day after its been worked hard and will cause overtraining. Like Narkissos said, too much delt work. The posteriors and anteriors are hit automatically by back and chest workouts and only a few supplementary exercises are needed to toast them after benching and rowing. At least this is what works for me
