Well first this is kind of in the wrong forum because that workout plan is way out dated. Today it is considered over training...
You need to do 2 on 1off 2on 2off workout weeks...Or maybe just three days a week training everyother day...Pros dont workout as much as the plan you listed...ask big A...

hmmm.. arnold considered that advanced training... LEVEL 1!!! thats odd. Well anyways do u think i should split it up into 6 days a week, train each bodypart twice a week? The arnold book kind of made that workout so u could do that, so that is fine?

Im curious...what is the date on that book? To me its not fine. No one should be training that much whether theyre on steroids or not...YOu have to let you central nervous system recover...

The arnold encyclopedia is a wonderfull book because of all the amazing pictures along with a view into how bodybuilders used to workout.

But as a source for upp to date workout info and diet info it is horrible. Do some reading in the workout forum and you will get a hang for what would be a good workout.
