Hack Squats machine or barbell
Whats up guys just wanted to know what your take was or hack squats? I've always felt they kick my a$$ on quad das but haven't done them in a while.

Screw the machine, barbell squats all the way! And for my personal choice "Box Squats" produce the best results.

I always do the standard barbell squats, but im not seeing much improvement lately, thinking of giving something else a try. What are box squats?

machine please.. if its conventional squats then use free weight bar

I actually prefer leg presses for my leg workouts but do incorporate squats and hacks from time to time

I love hack squats on the machine. You can really isolate the legs without having to worry about your lower back being a weak link. If competing in athletics, I would recommend barbell hack squats. It requires more neuromuscular coordination and can be more sport-specific (starting at the blocks during a sprint, etc).
