I have to admit, if you would have asked me last year what I knew about steriods, I would have spout out the same crap every other "uneducated" person in society does about steriods.

After looking for good body building info I stumbled upon this site and have since changed my mind about steriods completely. I still don't do steriods obviously, because I just started lifting, but they may be something I would consider someday if I can't reach my goals.

I think this link is a worthwhile watch for anyone trying to convince a friend or family member about the "real dangers" of using steriods responsibly for healthy adult males.

good luck..mine is so stubborn that she gets pissed whenever i ask her to watch it with me..once she said she would..but she was in a REALLY good mood..(but im 50mins away) so make sure she is

thats a good watch. too bad it cant be on a real channel where more people can see it, ie: cnn, fox...
