    Workout Plan...

Hi guys, before i make my question,i want to say that being on thios site almost 1 1/2 month has helped me a lot not only with my workout but also with my cycles....My question is this...I'm curently on a bulking cycle and diet..Is it better for me to train 6 days a week or should i stick with the traditional bulking training plan (each day one muscle group, except from Biceps/Triceps which stick together)?
My current training plan is this Day 1 chest, day 2 bi/tri, day 3 legs, day 4 back, day 5 shoulders...I train my abs every day, i also do dedlifts every day.
    Thanx in advance Guys!

You are doing it all wrong if you are doing deadlifts every day.

HIGHLY intense back and leg exercises like squats and deadlifts will increase test levels. If you are doing deadlifts everyday you are overtraining and its doubtful you are getting any intensity that will lead to increased hormone levels.

You only need deadlifts once a week and do them properly.

thanx for the advise but what about my question?
Is it better to train 6 days straight while "on" roids like i'm doing right now, or it's better to stick with the 3-4 days train routine?

Steroids increase recovery time if diet is in check. However, training six days a week is wrong for everyone even on steroids because the CNS will be completely overtrained every week. Your lifts will be lower if you workout more than 2 days consecutively because the CNS is drained and cannot activate all the muscle fibres. Always 3-4 days is better.
