My new workout
Heres My modification....
Push workout A
Warmups as posted in HIT all sets reps r as directed in HIT except otherwise posted
2 sets os incline dumbell 8-10 reps
SHOULDER DUMBELL PRESS
glose grip bench press(tris)
tricep pushdown 2x 8-10
Push workout B is exactly the same except I do incline bench with theHIT resp scheme, n i do flat dumbell 2 sets x 8-10
PULL WORKOUT A
Lat pull down
Long bar standing bicep curls
2x 8-10 standing dumbel curls
pull B is exactly the same exceot i switch longbar and dumbell bicep curls??
What you guys think overtraining????

you just rotate every day , like mon Push A wed Pull Fri Push B Mon Pull Wed Push A and so on and so on

why do you drop the reps down to 2-4 in the middle then go higher than the first to follow?
Do you feel like the second set is beneficial or could use more reps?

to be honest its my second week n this is just what was given to me as the rep, claims it helps u grow more, i think im gonna switch over to the highest reps first, then lower reps last
