can anybody please post me their twice a week chest workout if they have or do use one?
usually people do chest 1 time a week, so you wont get many replies. but most people that i have talk to that do it 2 times a week, do it like mon/thurs and they do 4 set incline 4 set flat and then 1 set of like a fly to stretch. dunno though. good luck!
I overtrain on twice per week.

I do 2 sets of pushups, like 25 or so just to get the blood flowing because i only do 6 sets n they area ll at full intensity
Flat bench x6-8 x3-4 x12-13 (you can mess around with the order, i feel this setup gives me optimun strength for each set
Incline flys- 3x8-10
Dumbel shoulder press- same sets/reps as bench
tricep pushdown-same res/sets as bench
On the next workout, like if this was my monday workout, on friday id do incline bench and flat flies, then switch back on my next workout, what u think guys?
