gym closed only a few days to lift what to do
I posted this in the AR lounge by accident but anyways my gym back home is closed wed-sunday for thanksgiving for the first time ever so im pretty screwed. Should I do a full body workout split between mon and tuesday or take the week off? I took a week off like 5 weeks ago after about 2 months or so on.

can't you atleast do some pushups pullups or something of that nature while you can't lift it's better than nothing.

chest - if you have any weights, or even heavy objects and a spotter, you could put the weight on your back to do pushups...also raise youre feet about a foot off the ground for better leverage
curls/pull downs - towel curls and pulldowns with a spotter
pull ups - weighted if possible
legs - put someone on your back piggy-back like and squat.

could go to walmart (they never close) and find the gym equip for sale and workout...I mean test out the equip. there.

I think they'd realise someone was exploiting their test pieces when they hear someone squeezing out one last rep and dripping sweat all over the place

Time off can be good for your body to rest. But I would say stick to pushups, chinups, and other home exercises

havnt read a post on this thread, so someone might have posted this, but u might have t pony up like 50 bucs n get a guest pass at a gym that is open, theres gotta be one that is only closed on thursday, some might even be open
