Abs Diet, HIT, etc...
Anybody read any of these books? I just ordered the new "High Intesity Training" book that Menshealth Magazine is promoting. They have made crazy claims, for example in 2 weeks a 19 yr old kid gained 18 1/2 pounds of muscle and over an inch was added to his biceps. I dont know if i believe all that, but the book cant be bad. Anyone ever actually follow this program or have any knowledge about it?
