Not a bad read, more people should look into trap development, and not just from an aesthetic point of view but for injury prevention. The other thing people forget is that the trapezoid is a large area, not just those muscles that can potentially stick out between your shoulders and neck. :lol:
My favourites and the ones that have given me great trap develpment when prevously I had no traps
deadlifts
power shrugs (a la Bill Starr)
power cleans
snatch pulls
And when u think about it, it's the olympic lifters that have the greatest trap development
