How does your Cardio change during the spring/summer?
Just wondering how everybody else changes up their cardio sessions during the summer? Personally it's playing any kind of football, whether it be for fun or very competative,playing basketball is cool also. Plyometric drills out on the field are sweet also....when I drag my ass to do them

Today is the first day of cardio for the year.
Two weeks before summer everyday
3-4 days a week during
Fall starts-cardio stops
