Im puzzled i often read through the threads to add any extra bits to my workout but i have never come across skull crushers can some body explain what they are and how to do them cheers

Lying tricep extensions...guess why they are nicknamed skullcrushers (reverse grip not such a good idea)
Lower the bar to your forehead...

reverse grip...would be with your palms facing up or down....i always do palms up, just makin sure im doing them correctlyQuote:
