here is the link in case you have not heard of it. The concept is to perform this wokrout on mwf and rotating workout a and b in each session. My question is this, it may not seem like a lot but i believe it is and i know working out 2 days a week isnt good but lets say doing work out a and b a time a week wokroing with weights 2 times a week on top of mma training. Would this be over training or woudl it not be enough, and without the mma i am curious to see if this is enough work. thanks
