    help and critique in changin to new W/o Routine

    in my last thread i confuse y'all..but that was confsin as hell..soo imma rite a new thread....
    guys currently im doin this split

    day1 back,bis
    day2 chest/tris
    day3 off
    day4 shoulders
    day5 legs
    day6 off
    day7 off or repeat

    i want to change jus for achange and wat im thinkin for new split is this
    routine#1

    Day1 Back
    Day2 chest/tris
    Day3 0ff
    Day4 shoulders/bis
    day5 legs
    Day6off
    ORR THIS ROUTiNE #2
    Day1 Back
    Day2 Chest
    Day3 Shoulders
    Day4 Off
    Day5 Arms
    Day6 Legs
    Day7 Off
    wat u guys say change into?routine#1 or routine# 2 and any changes u suggest?

    A basic split that's worked for me in the past:

    Day 1 - Chest/Front & Med. Delts/Tri's
    Day 2 - Rest
    Day 3 - Back/Rear Delts/Bi's
    Day 4 - Rest
    Day 5 - Legs
    Day 6 - Rest
    Repeat...
