that 24 hr routine that claims to pack 1/4-1/2 to your guns
Anybody ever heard of this routine before. It's something like one set every 30 min or so throughout a 24 hour period. Something weird like that, it was in an issue of Musclemag a couple months ago, and I know its been featured before throughout the past 10 years or so. Has naybody heard of this or tried it?

i have a 24 second routine to add a full inch if not more to ur biceps
first, obtain a vial of benzyl alcohol
second, obtain 2 syringes
simply withdraw 1cc benzyl alcohol per syringe and inject each bicep with 1cc of benzyl alcohol (DO NOT FORGET TO ASPIRATE ) .....do not change pins as this helps the swelling
itll probably last a few more days than this 24 hr routine will tho the gains will be just as fake and a bit more painful

Its on the muscle and fitness website bro, and the only reason people get big gains is the extreme amount of inflammation it causes, which will gradually go away after about a month.
