switchin routines
I feel like now that i'm "ON" i wanna switch things up here is the routine i'm looking to switch to...
day 1- back/bi
day 2- chest/ shoulder/ tri
day 3- legs
day 4- off
day5- repeat
or
day 1- back/bi
day 2- chest/ shoulder/ tri
day 3- legs
day 4- off
day 5- off
day 6- repeat
what do you think??

i'm really not a fan of the back / bi and chest / tri workout, but to each his own.
i work 3 on 1 off, but even my 1 off i'm still doing cardio / abs / forearms.
but then again, my goals are different than yours so i doubt you'd like my workout routine

here is what my routine looks like. definately post those pics, lookin like shredder in the AV!
day 1-chest
day 2-back
day 3- arms
day 4- shoulders
day 5 - rest
day 6- rest
day 7- legs
