    switchin routines

    I feel like now that i'm "ON" i wanna switch things up here is the routine i'm looking to switch to...

    day 1- back/bi
    day 2- chest/ shoulder/ tri
    day 3- legs
    day 4- off
    day5- repeat

    or

    day 1- back/bi
    day 2- chest/ shoulder/ tri
    day 3- legs
    day 4- off
    day 5- off
    day 6- repeat

    what do you think??

    i'm really not a fan of the back / bi and chest / tri workout, but to each his own.

    i work 3 on 1 off, but even my 1 off i'm still doing cardio / abs / forearms.

    but then again, my goals are different than yours so i doubt you'd like my workout routine

    alright, never did a 3 on 1 off but i think i might like it...and yea thats me in june..i'm gonna post some before and after pics when my cycle is complete

    here is what my routine looks like. definately post those pics, lookin like shredder in the AV!

    day 1-chest
    day 2-back
    day 3- arms
    day 4- shoulders
    day 5 - rest
    day 6- rest
    day 7- legs
