Need some good advice...
Before this I was training one muscle a week. Lately Ive gone back to:
Monday: Chest, Tri's
Tuesday: Back, Bi's
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Legs, calfs
Friday: Shoulders, traps
thats just a run down to give you an idea what I'm doing. My question is concerning monday. I usually do about 12 sets total for chest, then 6 sets total for tri's. By the time I finish my chest work-out, my arms/tri's are gave slam out. I know most people say your using to much tri's in your chest work-out if this happens, but when you go heavy on chest, it's hard not to use you tri's. So usually I do both, 2 sets light so I can really focus on chest, then 2 heavy. I can usually do 2 45's on dips, and today it was hard to get a set with just one 45. It sucks because I can't train my tri's hard and heavy like I could when I trained them on a seperate day. Should I do chest on day, then do tri's another or stick to what I got? What you think? Just seems better to do them on a different day because I can go heavy and harder. Need some good advice. Thanks.

take 2 weeks off.. or..in this case
skip chest tri for 2 weeks...
then back into the same routine..
do cardio on that day..

if you love heavies..
try doing static lifts for 4 weeks.. then take 2 full weeks off
then you will find your routine increased on all lifts..
