Whats the best day to maximize Chest Development. I mean wh day should i do chest to get he best growth out of them. So far heres my training slip:
friday-shoulder, traps and tris
Now should i keep it like this, or should i put chest on mondy or put chest on friday. Or does anyone have better suggestions. thanks.

lol.... i dont think it will make much difference what day you put it on, there are other things more important for you to be thinking about, intensity, volume, frequency, diet, ect, ect,......

its best to work out chest on thursdays

I think you should leave it the way it is, with chest day right after leg day. Me personally, I feel much bigger and stronger the day after leg day than any other day so whatever muscle group was lacking I would training it the day after leg. Also I find that the pump is rediculous in whatever muscle group I am training the next day after legs. Just try what you laid out for a while and if it doesnt work switch it up.
