    At the moment i am dieting and was wondering should my training style change (reps,sets,weight e.t.c)

    Should i be using higher repations and getting more of a burn using both isolation and compund exercises. Free weights +machines

    Or should i be using heavy compound movements only e.t.c

    What changes do you make in your training when ur going through a dieting phase..(lower calorific intake)

    Once again, there is no need to change your anaerobic training while conditioning, cutting, look more to diet and cardio
