    Hey bro just some suggestions

    1 No incline press??
    2 Guiloteen 3 Sets??????
3 Cable Rope Pushdown, change for skullkrushers
4 Medial Delts work on Sunday? I don’t see any ??
5 Add some pull-ups to back along with other compound movements , bar bent rows ect, ect,
6 sets look good maybe drop a little on the shrugs3-4 sets

SPG thanks for the reply a few questions though:
1)I thoughtt that the guiloteen press hit the upper chest so i planned on doing that instead of incline press
2)How many more sets would you reccomend
3)I am not a big Skull Crussher fan can you explain why you favor them over the rope pull downs. I feel that i get a good workout fromt eh rope pull down
4)The lateral raises and military press are for my medial delts. If not what should i incorporate
5)I do pull ups on back day 3 sets to failure. Should i add another compund movement exercise (bent bar rows) instead of another excecise or add it all together

I was the one that suggested the guillotine instead of incline. I've found this works for me and I hate incline because its basically a military press. However since no one agrees with me feel free to do incline and work your front delts.

I'm not saying incline doesn't work, its just that I personally prefer the guillotine and have seen results so maybe it is something you COULD try. Common practise is to do incline though, but I've never followed trends

1 if you want to do that instead of incline press go for it, see how you get on
2 if your looking for mass on you triceps, i would recommend a exercise that is more of a compound movement than rope push downs, close grip, ect, ect,
3 when you referred to medial delts i thought you were talking about a rear delts exercise, reveres fly’s ect,
4 i would add the extra back, instead of another exercise.
    5 sets look ok bro....
