I dont see any point to train arms on a seperate day.
chest and back same day is not good IMO. i like this split:
monday/chest and tris
tuesday/back
wednesday/legs
thursday/shoulders
friday /bi's forarms
some times i take wednesday off and do legs on fri or sat

I happen to like chest and back together.
What didn't y'all like about it?
Once in every blue moon or so i have a superset week and i throw chest and back together, but it's not something i would do every week, there is wayy too much in a back workout IMO to hit it sufficiently..but then again different strokes for different folks..Nark seems to like it that way, so i guess it couldnt hurt to try
I'm from the volume school so don't feel disheartened.Quote:
