    scale

How come yesterday I weigh myself and dropped in my cutting cycle to 197 and as of today I am back at 200.
That just makes you throw the towel and say **** cutting.
    Can someone explain?

Dont weigh yourself every day, do it once or twice a week at the same exact time every week. I just did a cut and its normal for your weight to jump around by 3-5 lbs every day.
