    Dips....

Could someone tell me the proper form for dips so I can feel them in my chest more. No matter how I do them I get a huge pump in my tris but not really as much in my chest. Thanks.....Tattoo

try leaning forward a little, you can also turn around where your back is facing the machine. kind of back up into the machine instead of going in facing it.

yeah, the sternum should feel like its being ripped apart or pressurised but without too much pain. then you know that you are pulling at those fibres with incredible force next to the sternocostal tendons.
