How's this for a chest/tri routine: Too much??

    Chest
Bench, Incline, DB Flyes 3x8 and Dips 3x10

    Triceps
Pulldowns, Close Grip Bench, Skullcrushers all 3x8

Trying to bulk. These are done on the same day. Just making sure this isn't overtraining. Thanks guys!

Looks good..you could work with 9 sets for tris..thats what I used to do. Now, I have been working with 6 sets and I experiment with 7 or 8 every once in awhile. Whatever you prefer.

Cool thanks guys. Tomorrow is bis and back, how's this look?

Bbell curls, Hammer curls and Incline Dbell curls.
Straight leg deads, pullups, shrugs, bent over rows and 1arm dbell rows. Should I drop the B.O.R or the 1arm Dbells? Or will I be fine with both?
All will be 3sets of 10. Thanks guys!

I prefer the db rows for working the mid trap fibres and erector spinae because you can really stretch them out further by leaning right over. Also the fact that they are with dbs makes them a good workout for the posterior delt and lats.

I think you could alternate every workout with db rows and bb bent over rows or do them together. See how your lats and rear delts feel. Both are excellent exercises, and I think you're workout is great
