Definitely not! You will just get dehydrated and have to hang around naked men...

I read over on Matt Furey's website that a sauna can help reduce bodyfat. The only way I can see this being possible is with the elevated body temperature, calories could be burned.

I don't think it burns bf.
I was helping a guy out w/ a competition and told him to get into the sauna a few times, and there was a dramatic decrease in water. The thing is this guy was already about 7% and needed to lose the puffy look. I am almost sure that what he lost was 99.99% water.

The loss of weight through excess sweating as experienced in the sauna/steam room is not fat but water. Such weight returns immediately as you consume fluid. Consequently if you lose say two and a half pounds in a session in the steam bath you will replace it with approximately the next two pints of water drunk (one pint of water weighs a pound and a quarter). More worrying is that if the fluid loss is replaced by a high calorie drink you may end up gaining fats as a result of your weight loss attempt.

Smarty Far Infrared Sauna, is one of the best you can use..

The sauna can be good for those with joint issues. Get in the sauna, to warm up the joints, before you go to do your warmup. It really helps those that live in cold climates.

Combined with a good diet and cardio it can really help get rid of the water under the skin, and get you true some plateaus in the weightloss departement.

At least it worked for me, but the diet and training has to be there you will not get any benefits like so many people beleive laying in the sauna for an hour while doing nothing and eating like a pig, oups i just described the members of my old gym LOL

This is the second time I have seen you post this nonsence, please do your research before typing this BS, I would hate for someone who know nothing to read this and believe it. There has never been any legit research that shows anything close to this being true.
