Hey guys, I've tried everything in can thing of to get my back to keep growing. switched workouts, went heavier -lighter, I've run out of things to try and workouts to do my back is not responding??? Can u guys post up some mass building Back workouts...
Place back first in week so you can prioritize it while fresh. Which part of your back is lacking: lower back, lats, or upper back musculature?
my upper back seems to be lacking what can i do to improve on it i don't think i've hit a plateau, just no workouts seem to be giving my the desired pump and soreness.

I hear ya I have this problem every now and then heres a hint. Do negative weighted chins if this dosen't make you sore your doing something wrong. As for your pump I like to do nice slow movements with my rows, and pulls(excepts for my last couple reps then its all out war) Make sure the form is good and try those chins out they should work
If you're lacking in the upper back musculture, concentrate on rowing movements. Try to do rowing movements with the upper arms away from the torso. Using a pronated-grip usually helps. Going with a wider grip will help as well. There are many to chose from: pronated-grip deadlifts, t-bar rows, bent-over rows, seated rows, db rows, etc.Quote:

Like I said, I havent tried this workout yet but the dude thats on the mag has a huge back. Give it a shot and let us know how you like it and if it works for you.
